You must demonstrate your intent to reside in New Brunswick.

You must provide a permanent full-time job offer from a qualifying New Brunswick employer along with a supporting letter from them.

You must have at least a Canadian credential or a high school diploma equivalent to a Canadian credential.

You should be between 19 and 55 years old.

You must have valid language test scores in English or French equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4.

New Brunswick Express Entry Program

New Brunswick accepts applications for the Investment Program from individuals who intend to own and actively manage a business in New Brunswick. Applicants are expected to make a monetary investment in the business.

The following minimum requirements must be met to qualify for this category:

To submit an expression of interest, you must have a valid connection to the province of New Brunswick.

You must hold a credential from a college or university that requires a minimum of three years of full-time study, or a diploma in a specific trade that requires at least two years of full-time study.

You need to prove that you have at least CAD 600,000. At least CAD 300,000 of this net worth must be readily available and unrestricted.

You should be between 22 and 55 years old.

You must have a CLB 5.

New Brunswick Business Immigration Stream

UBrunswick accepts applications for the New Brunswick Investment Program from people who intend to own and actively manage a business in New Brunswick. Applicants are expected to make a monetary investment in the business.

The following minimum requirements are required to be eligible for this category:

To submit an expression of interest, you must have a valid affiliation with the province of New Brunswick.

You must have a degree from a college or university that requires at least three years of full-time study, or a diploma in a specific profession that requires at least two years of full-time study.

You must be able to prove that you have at least 600,000 Canadian dollars. At least $300,000 of this net worth must be available and unrestricted.
You must be between 22 and 55 years old.
Have CLB 5.

New Brunswick Initiative Program

The New Brunswick Strategic Initiative Program is designed for French-speaking workers who have the skills, education, and work experience to contribute to the economy of New Brunswick and are willing to live and work permanently there.

To qualify for this category, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

You need to intend to reside in New Brunswick.

You should have a valid connection to New Brunswick.

You must have at least a Canadian high school diploma or a foreign high school diploma equivalent to a Canadian one.

You need to have the financial means to live in New Brunswick.

You should be between 19 and 55 years old.

You must have valid language test scores in French equivalent to NCLC 5.

New Brunswick Atlantic Immigration Program
