آلتونا/راینلند – پایلوت مهاجرتی جوامع روستایی کانادا (RCIP)
جامعه آلتونا/راینلند بخش‌های اولویت‌دار، مشاغل و کارفرمایان تعیین‌شده خود را در چارچوب برنامه پایلوت مهاجرت به جوامع روستایی (RCIP) اعلام کرده است.
RCIP یک برنامه پایلوت فدرال است که محوریت آن بر کارفرمایان است و به شهروندان خارجی اجازه می‌دهد تا اقامت دائم کانادا (PR) را درخواست کنند، مشروط بر اینکه پیشنهاد شغلی مورد تأیید جامعه از یک کارفرمای تعیین‌شده در یک جامعه روستایی شرکت‌کننده دریافت کنند.

اهمیت بخش‌های اولویت‌دار و کارفرمایان تعیین‌شده
برنامه RCIP محوریت بر کارفرمایان دارد؛ بنابراین متقاضیان باید پیشنهاد شغلی معتبر دریافت کنند.
پیشنهاد شغلی باید از یک کارفرمای تعیین‌شده باشد، یعنی کسب‌وکاری که توسط سازمان توسعه اقتصادی جامعه تأیید شده است.
کارفرمایان تنها در صورتی می‌توانند تعیین شوند که در بخش‌های اولویت‌دار مشخص شده فعالیت داشته باشند.
پیشنهاد شغلی همچنین باید با یکی از مشاغل اولویت‌دار مطابقت داشته باشد.
پس از برآورده شدن این شرایط و تأیید جامعه، متقاضی می‌تواند مستقیماً برای اقامت دائم کانادا درخواست دهد.
